Welcome to StepSync, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform built and operated by **Signetra Systems Private Limited** ("Signetra", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our websites, dynamic interfaces, automated script executors, or video compilers (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Services.
1. Services Scope
StepSync provides an AI-powered headless browser automation and neural video documentation generation platform. You grant Signetra the authority to execute testing, screen recordings, clicks, and script coordinates inside your designated software testing or staging environments as required to output documentation tutorials.
2. Organization Accounts
To use our Services, you must represent a valid corporate organization. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration info. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, including authentication tokens, API keys, and VPC peering setups. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized breach of security.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Access, record, or scrape production software environments containing sensitive customer financial data without strict VPC configurations.
- Execute automated script steps designed to bypass authentication layers or target un-owned third-party endpoints.
- Upload document source files that contain malicious malware or viruses.
- Infringe upon intellectual property copyrights of third-party SaaS vendors.
4. Fees & Billing
Payments for our SaaS subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. We offer a 14-day free trial containing zero payment credential requirements. Upon subscription activation, fees are non-refundable except as required by local Telangana jurisdictions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signetra Systems Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from staging environment downtime, visual diff errors, voiceover mismatches, or browser capture delays.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana, India. All legal actions arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
